I think you 2 are correct.  I'm Asian & my foreskin is very short.  When flaccid, it almost covers the whole glans.  The meatus is slightly exposed.  When erect, my foreskin covers only the corona.  I think the stereotype of small Asian penises is true as well, unfortunately.  Mine is 5 in fully erect.  Flaccid its abt 2.5 in.  Most of my Asian friends have flaccid sizes a little bigger than mine & the Caucasian & Black cocks I peek at the urinals, I would estimate as abt 4-5 in flaccid.  Uncut White guys tend to have foreskins that fully cover the glans.  Black & Hispanic guys have the longest overhang.

I'll think there are long foreskins in every ethnic group,except for the asians.
Here in Sweden I have seen many long foreskins,just as long as mine!

         I would tend to agree with the idea that while the average foreskin length of various races may vary, there are people in every race with long and short foreskin.  I am asian, and I have a relatively long foreskin which hangs well over my glands when flaccid, but retracts fully behind it when I am erect. I'm about 3'' flaccid and 6'' when erect. Just thought that I would throw in my two cents worth.
