How do you insert a picture in a reply to a topic?

How do you insert a picture in a reply to a topic?

Click on the "Additional Options" link at the left. You should get a drop down when you post a New Topic or a Reply.
You'll then see various options including an "Attach" box.
This is only for uploading a image to the server. Note: there are certain size and media restrictions  ie. read the fine print.

You can also use BBCode...ie. notice the icons above...the one that looks like a picture....bottom second left

I have a cam but it does not seem to work for posting a picture here.  Is it possible to use one I have saved on a card from my regular camera and could transmit from my computer?

The "Mugshots" area of the site is for live cam posts if you have a web cam and you are logged in. Be sure to "Allow" the cam to post. It's a flash Adobe security thing. If it doesn't work then there is a flash plugin problem with your web browser. Be sure update your flash player plugin from Adobe here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

You can upload pics or images from your hard drive to the "Gallery" area of the site.
